For the comfort of all clients, no additional guest are permitted during your appointment. Only the client receiving services may attend.

Same day appointments are not available. Appointments must be booked at least 24hrs in advance.

LATE POLICY:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

At this time, I do not provide services for clients under the age of 18

COLOR CONSULTATIONS:

All permanent and vivid color services require a consultation before an appointment can be scheduled. This allows us to discuss your hair goals, assess your hair's condition, and determine the appropriate service. 

A $40 non-refundable consultation fee is required for all consultations.

PAYMENT POLICY:

I only accept ZELLE, APPLE PAY, OR CASH for salon services. 

Please do not prepay for your service using the booking site's payment link. Payments made through the booking link will be declined or refunded.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at my discretion. If you are not feeling well or have a contagious condition, please reschedule for another date/time.
